First get yourself a set of juggling balls.

 

Then, take some time out every day to do a few minutes juggling.

 

Juggling is a very good right brain distractor.

 

You can't juggle and think about about anything else at the same time.

 

If you haven't learnt to juggle with three balls, get started now by watching this video.

 

It won't take you long before you're juggling either two balls in one hand or three balls in both hands.

 

Two minutes a couple of times a day will provide you with some mental diversion and give a few of the muscles in your arms a gentle workout.
