Start drinking green tea at work. It's good
for you.
No sugar, no milk, just plain, ordinary,
every day, common or garden green tea.
If your work doesn't provide green tea, go
out and buy some for yourself. It won't be a cost; rather it
will be an investment in your health.
If you're used to having sugar in your tea,
go cold turkey. In a week or so anything with sugar in it
will taste sickly sweet.
Milk only spoils green tea, plus if you've
been weaned you can do without it.
Coffee is a habit. Treat it as a treat.
