John Miller John grew up in the industrial' city of Whyalla in South Australia. As a kid he was sports mad. Regrettably he was at the top of those who were hopeless and the bottom of those who were any good, but, as George Bernard Shaw said 'Those who can do, those who can't teach.'
After graduating from the University of Adelaide and Adelaide Teachers College, he started his professional life as a PhysEd teacher. He's still a PhysEd teacher, teaching adults rather than children.
