Dear [[Name]]

You may recall that I did some relief teaching at Campbell High School a few years ago. I also took you through a musculo-skeletal health seminar.

Over the last year or so I've been developing the Universal Fitness Test and I wondered whether you'd like to try it out on your students (and yourself!)

Here's the link for more information:

If you'd like to know more, or if you'd like me to come out and run the Physed staff through it, I'd love to hear from you.

This is an all-round test of aerobic fitness and strength. I'll leave it to others to decide whether it's appropriate to include percent body fat for school students.

I guess you could call it NAPF - National Assessment Program Fitness!

While I'm at it, here's a link to my ebooks, some of which I think may be appropriate to your students.

If you'd like to review any of the books just drop me a reply email and I'll send them to you.

If you think any are appropriate for student use, then I'm sure we could come to a mutually agreeable arrangement so the students can have access to them for the 'smell of an oily rag'.

I recommend the Global Back Care musculo-skeletal health series. Students' muscles are becoming tighter and tighter, their skeletons more and more out of alignment. They should know the cause of this phenomenon and what they, themselves can do to loosen off tight muscles and get back into alignment.

Regards and best wishes

John Miller
