MAJOR CAUSES OF BACK PAIN
Tight hamstring and buttock muscles are the major cause
of lower back pain, particularly for men, as illustrated by this fellow.
For him it's a double whammy, he's got both tight hamstring and tight
buttock muscles which prevent him from sitting up straight.
These tight muscles have taken his pelvis (and the bones
above it) out of alignment.
When the pelvis is out of alignment the bones above
it move out of alignment, principally because your head wants to
position itself so your eyes look straight ahead.
The remedy? start doing the exercises that loosen off
hamstring and buttock muscles.
As a rule of thumb, if you do these exercises every day,
for 80% of people there is an 80% chance they can get their get their
pelvis and the bones above it back into better alignment in around 80
days, if they're diligent.
The key exercises involve the two postures illustrated,
gradually over a few minutes sitting up straighter with the
buttock muscles closer in to the wall.
Gradually over the days and weeks the hamstring and
Buttock muscles will loosen off allowing you to sit up straighter.

FIX BACK PAIN
Back pain
is definitely not caused by a lack of rubbing, crunching, heating,
cooling, electronic muscle twitching, hanging-upside-down, doping or
surgery.
For most people, back pain is personally generated.
That's the bad news. The good news is that if it's personally generated
there is a good chance it can be personally ungenerated. Over the weeks,
months, years and decades, without a regular and systematic flexibility
training program, tight muscles attached to the pelvis have taken first
the pelvis then the muscles above (and below) it out of alignment.
It's a system problem. The cause of the pain is rarely
locared at the site of the pain. Fix the alignment of the system (by
loosening off tight muscles attached to the pelvis) and the
parts will take care of themselves
In short, loosen those tight muscles off and the skeleton
will gradually realign itself. There is a high likelihood that back pain, a symptom of this
misalignment, will disappear.

see your chemist. If you want a permanent recovery, start doing the
exercises. For 80% of people there's an 880% chance they can get
themselves back to 80% of 'good nick' in around 80 days, it they're
diligent.
