The Clinical Diagnostic Assessment has been developed to provide people with a performance-based postural analysis from which you can gauge the status of your musculo-skeletal health.

You will be taken through the assessment process one step at a time, starting with the registration and login page.

This is a necessary aspect of the assessment program. You will not be able to complete the assessment until you have completed the waiver.

What is the problem?
How long you’ve had the problem?
What have x-rays or other imaging procedures shown?
What treatment you’ve had?
Have the treatments been successful?
Why have you decided to take part in the Clinical Diagnostic Assessment?

It's frequently the case that when the skeleton becomes out of alignment there is more than one joint that is experiencing pain. The questionnaire will give you a very good idea of just how out of alignment your skeleton is. You'll appreciate the need for a total body corrective exercise program, not just a program directed at one part.

This is an objective assessment of how you perceive your current, overall level of musculo-skeletal health. Compare it with how you would have performed when you were ‘at your peak’.

The postural analysis is the heart of the Clinical Diagnostic Assessment - where you'll find out the likely cause(s) of your joint and muscle pain.

In the Corrective Exercise Program I'll take you through the key exercises you need to do to

1. loosen off the tight muscles that have taken your pelvis - and

the bones above and below it - out of alignment

2. strengthen the major muscle groups

I'll also take you through the Complete Fitness Program.
